We have chosen Villa Garbald for a three-day retreat of our research group, the Visualization and MultiMedia Lab, in 2012 and 2014. Villa Garbald offers an excellent environment and facilities for holding small seminars or meetings, and its location supports holding a focused event as well as it offers beautiful, mostly outdoor, recreational distraction opportunities.
