Regional and seasonal cuisine
We value seasonal produce from Val Bregaglia and nearby Italy, supporting the local trade and alpine agriculture. Local and regional vegetables and fruit ripen to perfection thanks to short transport routes, with noticeable effects on quality and aroma. Vegetables, pasta, Bregaglian cheese and meat from organic grey cattle are freshly prepared every day.
We are happy to accommodate any dietary requirements reported on reservation, but please understand that we cannot prepare different meals at the same time.
